HAAM To Open Second Resale Shop In Kingwood
Construction & renovations will begin soon to build out the covered area on Loop 494 so that HAAM will have an additional resale store consisting of over 3,000 square feet.
The store’s name will be “Black Cat Junction” and is to be located at 22310 Loop 494 in Kingwood's historic Black Cat Ridge. Many may remember the location as the old Kingwood Farmer's Market.
"The leased property consists of a 1.59-acre tract and has plenty of parking." said HAAM's Executive Director Diana Garbis. Key partners in this addition are:
o Owners of the Leased Property - Double S Land & Cattle Company, LLC - Danny and Geralyn Sullivan, member managers
o Financing - Wells Fargo Bank, Kingwood – Michelle Parnell, VP / Principal Business Relationship Manager
o Construction – Ashworth Construction, Inc., Kingwood – Bruce A. Sommers, President
The store in Humble at 1204 First Street, Humble, will continue to be an integral part of HAAM’s operations. All proceeds go toward supporting programs and services for those in our community without the means to satisfy their basic human needs.
