Retiring Harris County Payroll Director Has Day Named In His Honor

Kingwood resident Richard A. Foisner is retiring after 33 years with Harris County. He has been the Payroll Director for the past 20 years.

On Tuesday October 13th, Harris County Commissioner's Court presented Richard with a Resolution declaring the day as "Richard A. Foisner, *CPP Day" in Harris County.  Richard has been with Harris County for 33 years and has been the Payroll Director for the past 20 years.  Richard has been married for 32 years to his wife, Nancy, a retired teacher.  His son, Rick, is married and is an U.S. Air Force Veteran, now a PEAT Supervisor for the Harris County Tollroad Department.  Richard's daughter, Kelly, is a writer for Channel 11 Morning News.  They all reside in Kingwood.  Richard plans to spend his time volunteering for the USO and playing as much golf as possible.
